MARGINE was born from an idea by Giulio Ciccarese and Valentina Pontieri, two professionals who share the vision of an Architecture capable of narrating and supporting the transformations of space as the needs of man, nature, and society change.

Formal, functional, and technological research inspires a complex architecture capable of integrating the creative and construction phases of the project, controlling quality, costs, and timelines. The firm gathers and interprets client requests, proposing solutions that enhance the spaces to be built or renovated, overseeing every phase of the construction process, from design to construction management. The firm

specializes in landscape enhancement and protection projects and the design of slow-mobility networks. The firm's work accompanies the client from the feasibility assessment of the project to the design of implementation strategies, providing assistance and technical and scientific support at every stage of the process.

MARGINE also deals with territorial planning, urban regeneration and participatory urban planning processes, providing consultancy to public and private entities in the economic and technical planning of interventions.

Giulio Ciccarese was born in the province of Lecce in 1986. He graduated from Sapienza University of Rome in 2012 and works in feasibility, sustainability, and planning.

Valentina Pontieri was born in Crotone in 1986. She studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'architecture et paysage de Lille and graduated from Sapienza University of Rome in 2012. She works on research and design for the studio.
