"River" will form the area and domain in the stream of time, and it once was a source of the development of culture and one's living sphere. Like the "river", we will try to orient city, architecture, and space which exist in the time stream of people, town, culture, and people's life, and also seek for the possibilities of architecture and space which evolved out of communications and process.
